Q I cannot turn on the machine.
A

- Check whether the power cord is connected properly.

- Make sure the power switch is on.  

Q An error code appears on the screen during the operation.
A

- Power off the product and then power it back on. See if this successfully resets the system and resolves the problem.

- If the same problem occurs, please contact JVM Customer Support (+82 - 1588 - 7587) for assistance.   

Q When I press the Start switch, the motor does not start.
A

- Power off the product and then power it back on. See if this successfully resets the system and resolves the problem.

- Make sure to feed no more than the defined capacity limit (100 cc).

- Press the “Open” button and place the cup into position. If the cup is not placed properly, the machine will not operate.
