Q I cannot turn on the machine.
A

- Check whether the power cord is connected properly.

- Make sure the power switch is on. 

Q The machine is powered on, but it produces an alert sound repeatedly and wouldn’t do anything else.
A

- Make sure the gate is firmly closed. 

Q Counting function does not work, or the measured counts are not correct.
A

- Clean the cartridge sensor to remove any dust or debris on the sensor.

- Check whether the canister is installed properly. 

Q I don’t see any tablets dropped (released) from the canister.
A

- Clean the canister. Also, check whether the dividing plate is spinning as expected.
