Q I cannot turn on the machine.
A

- Check whether the power cord is connected properly.

- Make sure the power switch is on. 

Q Blistering performance is not satisfactory or some of blistered pills or tablets are broken.
A

- Check whether the jig is accurately aligned to the tablet (pill) size.

- Check for any dust or debris on the rubber roller.
