Q I cannot turn on the machine.
A

- Check whether the power cord is connected properly.

- Make sure the power switch is on. 

Q The measured tablet counts and the actual number of tablets do not match.
A

- Check both bowl sensor and bowl feeder sensor. Please clean them if necessary.

- If cleaning does not resolve the issue, please contact JVM Customer Support (+82 - 1588 - 7587) for assistance.

Q I get broken tablets / The halving function does not seem to halve the tablet evenly.
A

- Please note that halving function may not work properly on sugar-coated pills or tablets in special shapes (e.g. rectangular, pentagonal, or hexagonal pills).

  Make sure the type of tablet you are using is supported for halving.

- Check the blade condition and clean it if necessary to remove any dust or debris.
